Snapfish link still not working

I am having trouble getting the Snapfish link to work , the 75 prints for £1.99 delivery only . I have tried for 3 days , I registered with Snapfish and use the same sign in details yet I am told my details are wrong constantly , so no photos for me 
as just does not work , even tried changing my password 3 times and re registering in hubbys name . I have tried again but now it tells me I have already claimed and to delete cookies etc and try again , I have done this and still no luck , my snapfish account does not show any credits either .Has anybody else been able to claim it ?
