Hi there. Is there somewhere I can find out when my case will move please? The NRP is on a DEO with four figure arrears. Two children.
Thanks so much.

Your case doesn't get automatically moved.
The CSA are closing all their cases between now and Dec 2017. They will write to you at least 6 months in advance to tell you when your case will be closing. You can then either make a private agreement or you can make an application to CMS. If you don't apply, you won't have a new case.I often use a tablet to post, so sometimes my posts will have random letters inserted, or entirely the wrong word if autocorrect is trying to wind me up. Hopefully you'll still know what I mean.0
