Hi there
I recently applied for ESA, got awarded it, however have been sent the questionnaire, my question is this, if I have already sent in the medical evidence such as reports and stuff, would I need to resend it? or is this a different department'? cheers in advance

"No one can change the past. The only thing we can do is strive to make up for our mistakes. Why must we make up for our mistakes, you ask? Because in so doing...we can find the way back to our path. And once we've found our path we can move on from our past mistakes toward a brighter future"

Yes, you should resend them with the ESA50.0

I would always reply to stuff from the dwp regarding this kind of thing and send duplicate copies of paperwork requested as they are incompetent and will lose stuff. If you don't have duplicate copies of medical reports (you ought to) then point out to them exactly when/where you submitted the originals.
They will use it as an excuse to pull your money if you don't reply within the deadlines, so preferably send things back recorded delivery, or at very least get proof of postage.0 -
If you included medical reports etc with your original claim, or sent them in with medical certificates they probably won't have been forwarded to the company doing the medical assessment. It's always safest to send whatever is requested, even if you believe / know you have sent it before. That way you can't have the claim suspended for not complying with a request for information.0
