Search function error

[STRIKE]for the last few days when ever I try to use the search function I get this message;

connection to mse-forums-db.hosted-at.thebunker.net:3312 failed (errno=111, msg=Connection refused)

Problem solved, well not solved but I know its something wrong with the site, and not something I'm doing wrong.
