I've come across centre of excellence online
Has anyone used them.
It's just they offer heavily discounted courses if you type in a code.

I don't know it it's a scam
I'm sure some aren't worth a valid qualification but I'm thinking jewellery making or reflex

You don't need a qualification in jewellery making - the market is highly saturated, unless you're using precious metals and/or unique designs you will struggle regardless if its a business opportunity. You can also find out most of it through youtube, other video sites and plenty of websites, and not pay a penny.
