Hello all you compers
I'm in need of some ecouragement I started comping properly last year about June and had all sorts of wins my best was a night in a great hotel to see how the other half lives and some jewellery but for the past two months its as if someone has said no more she's had enough and despite trying to stay positive I'm getting fed up.......
How do you all stay positive at times like this I don't want to give it up because when we do win there is a great buzz to be had.....help please.

I haven't been doing it as long as you. I started in november-ish. I haven't won anything massive.. a few blu-rays, couple of amazon vouchers and a couple of other bits and bobs.
I just have a browse through the I won! section and see what people have won.. even though you'd think that would be annoying because you didn't win.. it reminds me that people like us CAN win some of the great prizes which keeps me going knowing that one day I might be one of those posters saying I won something amazing
Plus, I watch netflix on my xbox (which is next to my PC) so it doesn't feel like so much of a chore to do because i'd normally be watching a film or tv show anyway, so might as well enter some comps while i'm doing it!0 -
This might reassure you to the first part of your question- you are not alone...

I've been comping on and off for 20 years, some years have been dreadful and other have been amazing - in 2013 I went for 11 months without winning anything but the year before I won 3 long-haul holidays - maybe because I've been doing it for so long I don't worry any more - I treat every win as a bonus but also treat it as a hobby, I enjoy entering and never expect to win.
I enter then forget about it, I know that sometime in the future I'll win something nice again but I don't dwell on it or stress about it.0
