Enphase envoy

My enphase envoy seems to be a bit hit and miss for the last month.
I have 14 microinverters - in the morning the envoy shows the 14 but during the day it changes to any number from 0 to 14. The envoy has not changed position and nothing new has been added to the same plug and Yes! the sun is shining when this happens
When I connect to the envoy and look at the logs I see a lot of Microinverter failed to report:set and then clear.. But my generation meter and my OWL seems to show that I'm still producing electricity.
has any one else faced similar situation?
Ps: I have been trying to isolate any electrical interference, but have so far been unsuccessful.
