Constant phone calls

Options
Hi
Apologies as I know this has been asked before by loads of people but I can't seem to find any threads - is there a way of putting a search term into the site and it coming up with the relevant posts?

Anyway - I'm with Stepchange at the moment on a Token Payment Plan (to be reviewed in the summer).

Barclays Partner Finance have 2 accounts that they are receiving token payments for. They have taken to phoning me 2-4 times a day, sometimes leaving message, sometimes not. I have blocked them on my phone.

Any ideas what I can do, I have asked them not to call me but they seem to ignored that request.

Thanks in advance

  • Why are they calling? If you don't mind me asking. To get more money?
If my post doesn't appear to be serious, then it is not serious. So what? Kick back, relax enjoy life and have a little fun. Life is far far too short to be grumpy!!!!

There's a template letter on here somewhere to tell creditors that they can only contact you by letter - not sure where but if no-one else posts to tell you I'll see what I can find.

    Here you go.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

They want to discuss the account and the fact that I am only making token payments. I sent letters at the time and Stepchange have authority on the account.
