LLoyds Collections

Options
Hi All,
Hoping one of your will be able to explain something to me and put my mind at rest so I can enjoy my weekend.

Lloyds have recently contact me to say that they are forwarding my loan account to recovery and will be in the process of doing the same within the next few days with my credit card. The lady explained this will either be with Lloyds Collections or a Debt Collection Agency.

I am currently in the process of getting a DMP set up on both of these accounts with PayPlan and they are waiting for a final balance on a differnt account before they send out the formal letters.

I've had a lot of very depressing problems with Lloyds, Capital One and Vanquis chasing payments in every way possible although they are aware of my situation.

Has anyone had any expereince of Lloyds Internal/External collections, I'm just wondering what to expect if these are transfered.

I'm finding nothing more down heartening at the moment that leaving work to 4/5 missed calls, emails and letters chasing payments when I'm in the process of trying to sortmyself out. Its really depressing explaining the same things over and over again.

Many thanks,

    Many thanks,

    Then don't,

If you have told the creditor you are entering a DMP , then you don't need to speak to them again about it, block there numbers, and don't answer the phone to them.

Further chit chat is pointless, just allow payplan to get on with it, and leave it to them.

Eventually it will filter down the line what your intentions are.
It will be flagged up on there system at the moment for non payment, so many of the calls will be autodialled.

Just ignore them and carry on !!
