    I am assuming the C stands for Countrwide?

    I would still report their "tactics", the amount of people who come on here and complain about it but do nothing is probably the tip of it. If everyone reported it it might start to get looked into.

    Thanks for all the input everyone. I'm not keen on playing their games and I'm the World's Worst Liar so don't think I'd be tough enough.

    To all of you that have suggested reporting them - I think you're right, as ACG has said, if those of us that experience this don't report it things have no hope of changing!

    If you are saying Taylor's, a Countrywide brand, are disadvantaging buyers in order to ensure sales of ancillary services, they should get all the publicity they deserve.
