Of course not & I'm hoping they lower price as otherwise we will both lose out.
The guy buying ours is an investor so wants it done before the 1st april, so if we have to pull out and find another property we could end up living back with the parents for a while.

The surveyor was colleys.

well we had our valuation carried out yesterday morning so i am impatiently waiting for those resultsis it usually the next day? i am constantly checking my phone and email to see if they have been intouch ha ha. this is definatley going to turn me grey!
