Hi all. I've had an awful time with BT today. I was locked out of my email account for ages and they say it has been compromised.
This isn't the first time so I'm changing to gmail.
I cannot see where to change my details on here though ?
Apologies if I am being thick !

If you click on User CP then click on Edit Your Details you should be able to edit your details

A friend was having similar problems with BT today and was told it was a country-wide issue, yet I've had no problem (but I run a wired system as well as the wi-fi bit for the rest of the family).

Now Hotmail can't be accessed because of a security issue- get a big red cross on a warning page.
