4. Award of prizes/ announcement of winners
4.1 One winner will be selected at random from all entries and notified by email on 15th February 2016.
4.2 . The prize is a trip for two to Venice, which is restricted to 2 return flights, 2 nights in a minimum 3-star hotel and transfers to and from the the hotel.
4.3 Deichmann UK reserves the right to dictate the booking conditions of the flights and hotel.
4.4 Winners will be informed by email within 48 hours of their entry being selected and must respond with their full name, address & phone number.
4.5 The winner agrees to Deichmann forwarding his/her personal details to cooperating partners for the purpose of organising the competition and prize distribution.
4.6 Winners have to reply to Deichmann within 14 days by email to [EMAIL="contest-duk@deichmann.com"]contest-duk@deichmann.com[/EMAIL] to claim their prize. Winners who do not claim their prize within this period will automatically forfeit their right to the prize.
4.7 Travel to Venice will be by air and Deichmann UK will decide exactly which hotel will be booked. Any other expenses over and above the flight bookings, transfers to and from the hotel, plus hotel stay, will be the responsibility of the competition winner. Arrangements for travel insurance is also the responsibility of the competition winner; Deichmann UK accepts no liability for the competition winner not taking out adequate insurance for any eventuality associated with the trip.
4.8 A choice of booking dates will be given to the winner and the choice must be made within a further 7 days. The last booking dates available will be in the month of June 2016; if the winner is unable to agree to any of the suggested dates, the prize is forfeited.
4.9 There is no cash alternative to material, or transfer to other prizes; furthermore, winners have no right to a subsequent amendment of the prizes. However, the organiser is entitled to provide an equivalent prize, if the one stated becomes unavailable.
4.10 Deichmann reserves the right to publish the name and location of the winner, on the deichmann.com website, or by tagging the winner in a Facebook post.
