I thought the link I posted would take you to it - If it doesn't, Go to end of Month Deals and there's a blue banner on the page, at the end of that banner you will see a tab for '24hr Competition'

Try using another browser - TopCashBack is known for browser incompatibility issues ..... worked fine for me in FF (latest version)
