Mortgage AIP post bankruptcy

Hi all,
My husband has now been discharged 6 years and his credit report is now clean. The mortgage has always been solely in my name and our fixed rate ends July this year and I have been speaking with a mortgage advisor.
She has obtained an AIP for us both to remortgage (they do a 6 month offer) so I was wondering what the chances of a full mortgage being declined are?
She seemed to think his bankruptcy was no issue now (it was a previous repossession which I know some lenders wont touch). I know aip isnt a guarantee but if it was an issue would it get declined at this early stage?
Thanks for the advice

It depends who the DIP is with & what info was disclosed to the lender
If the bankruptcy was disclosed, then provided you can satisfy all the requirements of the DIP are met, then there is no reason to believe you won't get an offer0 -
Thank you. The lender is skipton and everything was declared. I am just trying to not get too excited yet as if it all goes through means we can do our extension
