payplan problems????????????

This is a long story.
I currently have my debts with payplan, i pay them on time everymonth, and have been paying them extra each month to try and get my debts down.
I had and email from them last month saying, that have over paid them for the last year and am i interested in having my money refunded. I said yes, with school holidays etc i thought it would be a nice idea. I have now banked the chq and spen the money. I now have a phone call stating that payplan have made a mistake, they have refunded Julys payment to me plus my over payments. Non of my creditors have been paid in August. Citifinancial have been on the phone nagging me for payments. does anyone no how i stand on this as i cannot afford to give payplan two payments. as far as i'm concerned i paid them in good faith and they has messed up ( which they admit)
I have rang all my creditors and warned them why they have no payments for august, they have all been really nice and understanding except citifinancial.
I'm very worried about this. i'm trying very hard to sort my debts out and this happens.
I have been with payplan for nearly 2 years and have had no problems until now.
Thanks

  • completely inappropriate suggestion on a dmp - however - could you maybe not just pay Citifinancial their July payment to shut them up and keep schtum to the others and continue with normal payments?
  • i did think about it, but knowing my luck with money, i'll get found out from the other companies.
