RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general Terms competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Travel Republic’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 27th January 2016 to Sunday 7th February 2016 on Capital Birmingham & Capital East Midlands, (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

1. Listeners can also enter online at capitalfm.com for another chance to win.
2. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Wednesday 27th February 2016 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 7th February 2016.
3. Entrants are required to say in no more than 300 characters, if they could tailor make their own holiday, where they would go and what they would do.
4. The judging criteria will be ‘inventive’, ‘funny’, and ‘creative’.
5. The Capital Programming Team will judge all entrants based on the criteria and select one winning entrant.
6. The winning entrant will be contacted and told that they have won within 28 days of the competition closing.
7. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Eligibility:

1. Must be aged 18 years or over
2. Text entry is restricted to one entry per person, per day; any duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

1. The winning entrants will each win a holiday for two people.

Additional Prize Terms and Conditions:

Prize: Amsterdam, Best Western Premiere Hotel

A.) The winner of the prize draw will receive a 2 night stay at the Best Western Premiere Hotel Couture in Amsterdam for 2 people on a bed and breakfast board basis.
B.) The winner will also receive up to £400 towards the booking of flights, transfers and insurance for this holiday for two people. This value will be applied to your booking and can be redeemed against only these services. This value is not refundable or redeemable in any other way. Should the total cost of your flights, transfers and insurance come to less than this amount, the remaining value will not be redeemable. This value has been estimated on the basis of two people travelling during the travel dates outlined below, as per prices on 15th January 2016. Flight prices can fluctuate.
C.)The £400 for flights, transfers and insurance is the total value provided by Travel Republic and the winner would need to pay any additional costs for these services if flight prices increase.
D.) Details of the prize are as described. Travel Republic will provide the hotel, flights, transfers and insurance only. If any further services or upgrades are required this can be requested and paid for by the prize winner if available.
E.) Each prize must be claimed within 14 days and booked within 30 days of being notified, after which Travel Republic reserves the right to re-use the prize.
F.) Non-winners will not be contacted however the name of the prize winner will be announced.
G.) The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
H.) Hotel and flight prizes are subject to availability and travel dates may be restricted by the travel provider.
I.) Travel Republic reserves the right to request a short review of the hotel and flight prizes which may be featured on our company blog or social media.
J.) The winner agrees to the use of his/her name in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

K.) Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
