new to comping, looking for a bit of help.

hi all

i am new to comping and have only been doing for 3 weeks, i was hoping someone could tell me, the competitions that are listed on , woman, womans own, in style e.t.c i see you can enter once per day but can you also enter on all the different sites or only on one site, i.e if comp is listed on woman and in stlye could i only enter on one of those sites?
