I've cashed out with this site several times before - definitely genuine - no questions there.

I'm finding myself getting screened out of virtually everything now though with the exception of the really irritating one for Sky customers you get every month or so.

I joined a couple of days ago, seems like some of the surveys have a long run period (several months) and I understand you don't get credited until after the survey closes. Has this been your experience ted24?

I must say that it's nice to be screened out really early on and the surveys seem less tedious and a lot more rewarding than the one I've done via swagbucks

I've been a member of Panelbase for about 4 years now so I've cashed out a few times. Always liked them (still do!) but did run into a weird problem recently. I cashed out at just over £11, got the screen saying it had been successful but no email confirmation. A few days and a lot of surveys later, I was able to cash out again at just over £13, got success screen and confirmation email. The second cashout went to my bank no probs, but the first one didn't arrive (and I waited over a month)

I emailed them to look into it, and they said it never happened. They checked more than once through my account history and there was no record of the £11 payout request. The £11 had gone from my Panelbase account. Weirdly, I checked through my history myself, both on the website and my own spreadsheet, and I also couldn't find this £11. It's a complete mystery, to myself and them. Annoying but nothing could be done. They recommended that in future, when cashing out, I should take a screenshot of the pages when I do it and save them, in case of any problems.

I still recommend them. The rewards are good when you don't get screened out, and they tend to pay promptly once you have enough to cash out. But definitely DEFINITELY DO screenshot every page of your cash out process, in case this happens to you too.

I've not had a problem with PanelBase either. Just about to receive my second cash out, the second in a matter of months.


What I would recommend is that do the surveys as soon as you can, otherwise you get screened out.

Panelbase are pretty good. I've never had any problems with them that I can remember. They do seem to screen me out of a LOT of surveys (like at least 75%). But maybe that's because I'm signed up to loads of survey sites so I'm usually quite late to open the invitations. And at least they screen you out early rather than half way through. The survey incentives are pretty good too. I cashed out £18 from them last year, which isn't a huge amount, but then I only did a few surveys.

This site seems to pay well but is AWFUL for screening me out...i've managed to complete 1 out of 12 surveys...there doesn't even appear to be a logical reason as to why i've been screened out!

They're OK, I've cashed out a few times. But as others say- they have a high screen-out rate. I'd prioritise other survey companies first. I also find I can't keep up with the volume of emails they send me, inviting me to surveys.

I really like panelbase. I went through a phase when I was getting regular well paid surveys quickly cashed out a couple of 25.00. Also have done testing/diary surveys for them which pay well.
Seems a little lean at the moment and I m getting screened out more often. Good company, I phoned them re trial I was doing REAL people interested and helpful. WE are not just numbers!:rotfl:
