• I love populuslive! I had a quiet period a few weeks ago but i've started getting a few more surveys recently. I joined them 1 year ago and Ive had £50 cheque twice and am on £41 so almost at my third cheque, its worth persevering although it is annoying to get half way through and be screened out
• The survey invites on this site are too few and far between i am on 42 points and have being for ages gerrrrrr
debts 16550
Mortgage 69500
• Is this company really just a bunch of con artists? Would anyone find it reasonable to get to 48 points with redemption at 50 in October 2014 and still be waiting for a survey that I am not automatically screened out?
Is there any recommendations form anyone apart from contacting Watchdog/Rip off Britain to warn people to stay away from this site.

Like Saddler1975 says, this is a legit site. I have cashed out quite a few times since I joined many years ago. If you're not getting any emails then I would contact them. It could be that the emails are getting lost in your spam folder, or if you haven't opened them for a long time they get returned and your email address taken off.

I go through periods of nothing from this site so I wonder if they cycle groups of users, or I'm just a less useful demographic. I've made £100 this year - last redemption came through last week - so its a slow burn but this time once I got to 40 points I got the next 10 and more in just a few days which I was surprised about as others had complained that wouldn't be the case. Perhaps just lucky this time.

Populus have a Facebook page, but it's not well maintained.

You could try contacting them at info@PopulusLive.com and see what they suggest.

Good luck!
• moved home address, updated my new details with populous live then came on for a survey, all good and no problems..... till l got to the end and put in my new postcode after spending 40 mins completing the survey only to be told that l provided wrong information, sent 3 messages over a space of a week and no reply, now not getting any surveys whatsoever, getting rather annoyed
