Hi. Please can anyone help, as struggling with a part of the form.
On Section 4, List of Secured Creditors, I only have our mortgage to list. So in "Amount Owing" I write outstanding amount on mortgage, but what do I put in "What of Yours is claimed and what is its present value?"
Thanks in advance.

What is claimed is the property, and present value is it's current market valuation (or your best guess).
