Can you get postage to the UK for free on Amazon.com (the USA site)?
  • I spend £10 a fortnight on Amazon.co.Uk, that is compared to £40 a month if I shopped elsewhere. I buy books at below £1, but the postage is killing me. That is what is pushing up my purchase price. If I could get postage free, I could save a fortune on my credit card and possibly get the balance down to nothing by continuing to pay £20 a month on it and getting it paid off. But every fortnight, the books I buy bring it right back up again.

Group your purchases so your order is £15 and you get free delivery from Amazon.

Note this doesnt apply to their "new and used" partners.

  • well ive never heard of cashback at amazon and it seems everybody wants it and stumbled across this 2.5 % cashback for shopping at amazon via wepromiseto.co.uk
  • Amazon don't really issue promotional codes apart from those against specific products.

The only other codes issued are gift certificate codes which you might be able to pick up on ebay for slightly less than their value.

They take the first £3 in any year and you need £20 before you can withdraw. So unless you use this for other stuff you will have to spend £383.33 in Amazon before you can get any cashback!
