FYI, my order was cancelled, without any email notification. I only noticed when my GC balance was higher than expected, and realised the transaction had been reversed. If I hadn't checked, I would still be waiting for it to turn up.

Thats strange, i ordered a table cloth and 2 packs of the candle holder baubles yesterday and got mine delivered today.

I suspect you had your order dispatched for next day delivery and it was fulfilled too quickly to get cancelled. I selected no-rush delivery.

I had the following email, so cancelled my order before it was delivered:-


Hi. It was a sleepless night for me. I finally managed to get in touch with Amazon customer service at 8 am this morning. They have informed me that they won't be able to stop any orders and reversed any charges they placed on me. I was prepared for this. The only hope I have is individual like you and the others can return the goods to Amazon so that at least it can minimise my lost. I know that it is not your fault as you are only looking for a good bargain. But the only one benefited is corporates like Amazon as I had to pay them handling fees for every item. I still believe humanity and honesty in person. I hope you can help me out at such a desperate time, and I don't know how to open to my children that I will have to cancel their holiday this year.
