Didnt really like the tv programme but liked one of the recipes for Lamb tagine with butternut squash-though am desperate to learn how lamb can be eaten in a diet concious way. Is the recipe written down anywhere, and more importantly, how many people does it serve?

Hiya
I just bought the book this morning and the recipie is in there. It serves between 6-8 people and it says it containes 495 calories per serving for 6 people and 371 calories per serving for 8 people but I suppose thats depending on how big a portion you have. I can post the recipie if you like

How to eat lamb in diet conscious way:
1. Trim off all visible fat
2. Aim for about 3oz/80g per person (roughly size of a deck of cards/palm of your hand)
3. Cook using:
griddle and no oil
or
Stock/wine only
or
v small amount of olive oil0 -

If you click on the name of the meal rather than "watch the video" you get a page with the recipe:
