6. To Enter: Entrants must share with us their favourite healthy dish on Facebook or Twitter.
On Facebook users must leave a comment on Waitrose Healthy eating competition post when prompted, telling us what their favourite healthy dish is.
On Twitter users must tell us their favourite healthy dish using the #MondayMotivation hashtag and including the @Waitrose handle.
Please note: In accordance with Facebook terms of service and privacy laws, we will not be able to see entries from people with strict privacy settings on Facebook. Therefore, to be eligible to receive a prize, Facebook users must leave a comment or share a photo when prompted on Waitrose Facebook posts that refer the promotion.
7. There will be four prize winners only (“Winners”).

9. Entries will be selected on Wednesday 27 January 2016 from all the valid entries received by the closing date. Entries received after the closing date cannot be considered.
10. The prizes will be awarded to four entries. The winners will be chosen using a random number generator and will include entries entered throughout the promotion.Participants may enter as many times as they wish until the Closing Date. No automated entries permitted.
11. Participants must provide to the Promoter, when requested, documentary proof of their age and/or residency status. Failure to meet these criteria shall result in instant disqualification from the Promotion including receipt of any Prize.
