Hi,
I was declared BR 3 months ago, the OR let us keep the car as it wasn't worth a great deal but my question is the timing belt on it is now knackered and to have it repaired will be more then the car is worth, can I sell the car although I'm BR? Thanks

Yes you can as the OR has declared no interest in the vehicle.

Hi tigerfeet, we have 2 cars of which the OR let us keep, unfortunately the other needs to a new battery and an mot, so the money will go towards that0
