Mag Daily - Already entered?

Anyone else getting already entered on the Mag dailies when you know you haven't entered for that day? Had this for about 3 or 4 weeks now and its driving me potty

It often happens when the video gets stuck & doesn't get to the last page tho it's completed. It tries to resub & then you get the "already entered" message
