Jetpack Jo Competition

Hello everyone,
I have just signed up to this forum, but have been lurking for several months. I came across an app based competition posted by *KatieL* a few weeks ago called jetpack Jo's world tour.
The competition ended a few days ago and on checking their Facebook page the updates stop at "the prize draw will be taking place on the 20/01/2016. So please keep an eye on your e-mails!"
I have checked my emails and nothing from them (not even junk mail). I commented under this post asking "who won?" and within 30mins they had blocked me from their Facebook page. This seems to have happened to previous comments as this post shows "view all 4 comments" but no actual comments show.
Given no winner announcement, the suspicious actions they are taking on Facebook and the high value of the prize (£10,000 cash) I suspect this competition may have been a scam. Could you tell me your thoughts on whether this competition seems legit and how to proceed if no winner is announced?
