Working overseas

Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated.

A Spaniard has worked for the company PAYE for 6 years. She will go back to Spain for 3 years. She will need to declare residency there after 90 days and fill in a spanish tax return as she will be there more that 183 days each year. But her job will remain exactly the same (actioned over internet).

Can the company continue to pay her PAYE thus her accumulating state pension years in the UK?

ps After thought. Maybe better in the pensions bit but I'll try here first ;)
I believe past performance is a good guide to future performance
