First-time loan application

I would want to apply for a loan, I am an Australian citizen. Is there any loan I can apply for? Probably if I can pay it for a year. Would it be possible?

How much are you looking to borrow? Would a 0% credit card be an option?

This is a UK based forum and US loan processes and regulations are likely to be very different. As you are living in California, you may want to seek a different forum.

Find a good loan officer, preferably a mortgage broker (Not a credit union, or a bank), and follow their advice. It may take 6 months to a year to finally get into the shopping part of the process; however, a good mortgage broker (who doesn't get paid until your loan closes) will give you specific things to do and the time frames to raise that credit score to lower your interest. Find a loan officer that you can relate to. Good Luck,
