    I ordered mine last night and picked it up at 11 this morning. It wasn't due to arrive until 12, but I popped into the store as I was passing and it was already there.

    I know it's a long time ago but DD finally tried hers today and.... not working although batteries are fine. Anybody else had probs and presumably I will be OK returning but advice happily received
