Tax rebate or underpayment when BR

I've just been finishing off my tax self assessment to March 2015 which includes the year I became BR. I'm now discharged with a sizeable IPA. I understand that I have to pay any rebate over to Clarke Willmott, as I did last year but what would happen if it shows an underpayment? Would that be written off as in theory it should've been included in my bankruptcy?
I have a few final figures to enter but it's currently showing that I owe 80p which of course I will notify to CW! When the last few bits are added, it's likely that that might change a little.
Can anyone let me know what happens when I do the next tax return as it will cover part of the year before discharge but not the actual year I was made BR? The documentation I received from the OR initially doesn't make the distinction clear and I know there's something in the manual somewhere but can't track it now.
Thanks. Elljay
