Hi all, Took out a secured loan in 2006 with HFC Bank for 15 years £20.300 to clear all debts. I have just found out from paperwork that the Loan is now with Moorgate loan servicing for and on behalf of Sancopia Portfolios. Just wondering why HFC Bank would pass this loan on to another company as all the payments are up to date. Does any one think I should ask for a CCA ?

Sometimes accounts are sold on regardless of payment history.
Experiance has taught me that secured lenders tend to pay far more attention to paperwork issues than unsecured lenders do.
Sometimes accounts just get passed around without the debtor having done anything wrong.
