Has anyone had any experience of winning a holiday with Kuoni and if so can you tell me how you was informed of your win and how easy the process of booking the holiday was?

Hi congratulations on the win
i won a holiday to St Lucia in 2005 and i was informed by the promoter and then Kuoni got in touch with my by phone and went through what we wanted on what dates and then if we wanted any excursions included in the booking process
They are a great company and very professional as they deal in expensive holidays
i hope that helps if i remember anything else i will update0 -
Thanks for your reply, we were informed by letter and was given the number of one of their agents in one of their shops who she said would book it for us but it has been a week and maybe I am inpatient but she keeps making excuses as to why she has not done it yet, first she said shw would have yo wait till after the weekend as the another department has to check it first and they do not work weekends, the next thing was that she was waiting for the hotel to reply to an email and she never calls when she says, it is all a bit strange to be honest, so was curious to see if anyone else had this experience? I just assumed it would a case of giving them the dates, then checking if they were available thenbooking it, pretty much like you would any other holiday!Hi congratulations on the win

Maybe get in touch with Kuoni head office as i must say we had no problems at all or ask to speak to someone else at the shop and see what they say i think they were based in Norfolk or around there

Thanks, we are going to speak to her tomorrow, I get the feeling she is messing us about, I know the holiday is real but thought it would be easier than this!
