Standalone buy to let mortgage

I own a flat that's let out with a residential consent to let mortgage. I have another year of consent to let but plan to leave the property let out.
My own living situation is that I rent, so I only have the one property. My question is are there any lenders we will give me a buy to let mortgage without me having a property myself?

Assuming you mean a 25% deposit on each, I don't see why notI am a Mortgage Adviser
