Hey, all.
I received an e-mail from MMF last week, saying that they'd taken over my Sunny account but I haven't had any paperwork from them?
What's the best way of dealing with them? I didn't respond to the e-mail because I'm waiting for paperwork to come through the post, so I've got 100% proof that they're legit.
I don't really want people turning up to my door claiming money

While you wait for proof, any chance that you could be owed a refund?

As Fermi says, see if you qualify for a refund.
Motormile finance are a particularly nasty little company,
be very careful how you deal with them.
Stay off the phone to them, only deal in writing.
This company caused no end of trouble for me, ringing my work, threats to come round and take the furniture, lying to the financial ombudsman, the list goes on, it's all total rubbish they spout, but there are very good at lying and mis-representing there Powers, forwarned is forarmed !!!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
