New Build - Valuation lower than purchase price

We had a similar situation. The developer would not move as other properties were exchanging at the asking prices. After trying for a reduction we ended up having to move to a higher LTV bracket as the developer was threatening putting the property (which we are very happy with) back on the market. All that took about 8-10 weeks of stress.0

Hi Maeby Jade, I'm intrigued as to whom intervened with your housing developer as I am currently experiencing the same problem where I have had 2x under valuations on a new build, however the developer will not reduce their asking price despite 2x completely separate valuations. I have emailed the Help to Buy team and they say they cannot intervene nor talk to the developer... Thanks in advance0
