NRAM Question

Hi, we overpaid on our unsecured loan for about 2 years. When we took out our mortgage and loan with Northern Rock we were told that if we overpaid we could borrow back that money if we needed to. Do you know if you can still do this as I know NRAM do not offer new products to customers?
Thanks
