    oh me gosh!! Tell me they don't REALLY make caffeine patches!! many a true word and all that...:rotfl: :rotfl:

    haven't tried the supermarket brands will give it a go. I remember trying a different brand when i worked nights, now redbull makes me happy clappy, like very happy, like anyone would thing an entire ants nest had invaded my undergarments happy!
    But this particular brand made me want to kill everyone!! what on earth was in it i've no idea but gosh wouldn't want that again!:eek:

    FREE redbull Skint_catt? I'd be a nightmare!!!

    and no it isn't good for me, but i guess i can call it my version of smoking lol.

    You know people can get addicted to anything (not saying your are lol!) but sister got addicted to extra strong mints she was on about 10 packs a day and when she finally cut them out she was ill for two weeks. She went to sleep at night with 3 in her mouth - she has a big gob!

    I've cut out a lot of my snack-buying, and luckily don't have an addiction to coffee/ chocolate/ red bull :D But had a look to see how much I would save if I could be bothered to walk to and from work every day and gave up my couple of 'bought' lunches a week - £760 a year. Hmmm.. I think I might be walking a bit more.... ;)
