Delivery from US to UK for US only deliveries

Afternoon all,
I'm looking to buy a new watch (Pebble Round) and noticed that in the UK they are £230, whilst in the US they are $200. Both have a 10% off offer so the US one comes in at ~£125.
Unfortunately they only ship the US bought ones to US address. I realise I'd have to pay duty and shipping but it still works out much cheaper to get it from the US (I think).
Does any one have any advice, recommendations or experience of how to get it shipped to a US address which then automatically forwards it to the UK? I've been looking at the likes of myus.com. Ideally, I'd like one that doesn't charge a subscription or joining fee and I use as a guest i.e. don't have to register.
