Nope never done that. Not even sure how it works.
I think the main issue is that I've gone from working full time in a Supermarket to working in an office environment. So, whereas before I was walking and lifting and whatnot now I'm not. However the scales at the gym were very friendly and told me I'd lost 4lbs. So, now I've had good news I just need to keep it going!!
Really need to start weightlifting again...
If you did want to test food groups, you only eat lean meat, a few nuts and vegetables for two weeks................this rids the body of all the rubbish and stabalises your blood sugar and insulin levels
Week 3 you introduce fruit
Week 4 dairy
Week 5 bread
After week 5 just choose one food to try, so it could be chocolate or ice cream, you can return to week 1 to 2 at any time
I was ok till week 5, where 2 slices of bread in the week (not a day) made me gain 2lbs, I then tested pasta, pizzas, couscous, bulgur wheat etc and found that I couldn't tolerate any wheat except croissants or filo pastry type stuff................hope that helps
PS I usually loose about a stone the first 2 weeks:D

#10 Reporting in.
Total of £92.24 in the jar (that £10 find bumped it up this month) meaning a Feb total going into the jar of £17.86
Will most def be a low amount for March, youngest son's 18th birthday and the other two home from university with all the travel costs, extra food at home etc that entails!
Mind you, looking at my electricity credit and with a bill out soon, I may well have a rather large rebate coming from them...fingers are being very firmly crossed otherwise it could be a bit of a squeeky month.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

Okay, been keeping up with the spreadsheet so this should be a lot more straightforward this week.
TT £6.79 this week making it a total of £42.760 -
Here's a question. I moved the interest from my 123 account over in to my Mortgage O/P account. It was about £14. Does this count as a TT? I'm not sure. I classed my £2.21 from my TSB account as a TT. Maybe I'm getting hung up on the size of the TT I think.0

I think I will seeing as I classed my TSB interest as a TT. I got my £100 switch reward yesterday but I won't class that as a TT although it will make a very lovely increase to my O/P account0
