I popped in today with my nan, I was only interested in the bin, but then thought I'd be emptying it every day!

I did pick up a rug (Oakley Red) discounted from £79.99 to £39.59 and also a 16" pedestal fan from £13.96 down to £6.98

Anyone built their shed yet? Was going to get one, but someone at work said the cheaper ones don't withstand winds very well. If I go tomorrow, probably won't be any left - and I didn't know about the delivery option!

This is just a cheap trick by B&Q to get customers through the doors. I wanted a £10 hedge trimmer, but guess what, they didn't have any. To advertise something the either don't have or have extremely limited supplies of, is at best annoying and at worst fraudulent.

I am really not going to waste my petrol to see if I can save a couple of quid in the unlikely event they would actually have anything they advertise.

Good to hear some of you die-hards managed to bag some of the stuff though.

Went to B&Q in Hitchin last night (approx 6pm) and managed to get an electric lawn rake for £20 - they had about 10 left.

Well at 11am yesterday there was still plenty of items left at Beckton including 7 or 8 sheds i was told.Where's the £10 hedge trimmer then?

Hedge trimmers was not on promtion this time ,i do not no why you think it was.These deals are only meant to last 1 day ,and it first come first served .
