Fone Angels Fraud - trade in

jUst to warn people, this company are offering trade-in services now. I sent them my iPad mini which had a cracked screen to which they offered me £53. This was over four weeks ago. They confirmed they had received and said they email me when payment had been processed. I waited four weeks and emailed them a couple of times, both emails were ignored. I then went on FB and messaged them from there and was told the payment would be in my bank on Thursday. I have received NO payment and all further messages to them have been ignored (but they have read them) FB is great for telling you that ! There are loads of complaints in the Internet about this company. I've used trade ins with other companies loads but don't think I will see money at any point. just warning people to avoid as they seem to be a company with a lot of problems.

Just look at the Trustpilot reviews of Fone Angel before you send anything to them (NOT the reviews on Fone Angels' own site). Horrifying reading.
