• No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Entries will be void where prohibited by law and/or where not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Internet access is required and entrants must have an active personal email account. If you do not have an email account you will need to create one in order to participate.
• By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions please do not enter the promotion.

  About the Promoter
• The promotion is organised and administered by Monarch Airlines Limited (the "Promoter").
• The Promoter of this promotion is Monarch Airlines Limited (Company No: 00907593) of Prospect House, Prospect Way, London Luton Airport, Luton, LU2 9NU.Eligibility
• The promotion is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) citizens and/or permanent residency holders. All participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entering the promotion. Employees and their immediate families (being limited to spouses, parents and children) of the Promoter, their agencies and companies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Using a false name, address or email account will result in disqualification.
• Only one (1) entry per person, which must be using a genuine email account unique to the person. If more than one entry is received from the same email account, or from a different email account by the same person, all duplicate entries will be disqualified.
• Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering or facilitating others to tamper with the operation of the promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.Promotion Entry Period
  The Promotion Entry Period will commence from 3rd December 2015 and finish at midnight 24 January 2016. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by immediate recording of the entrant's details and date and time of entry in the Monarch Mountain computer database.
  Prizes
• Prize 1 - One Ortovox Powder Rider 16 rucksack in blue with The Ski Club of Great Britain branding embroidered on the front, and one copy of the book: ‘Freeskiing – how to adapt to the mountain' by Jimmy Oden.
• Prize 2 - Two free rentals for 6 days, to be used before 31/01/2017, in any Skiset shop in France, including skis + boots (or snowboard) + poles.
• Prize 3 - Return flights for two in standard seats with Monarch Airlines to Geneva (exclusions apply as set out below).How to Enter
  To enter, participants must:
• Go directly to Monarch Mountain (mountain.monarch.co.uk) on a smartphone, tablet device or desktop.
• Search the slopes for images of ski accessories.
• Find at least one (1) ski accessory and fill in the entry form for the chance to win a prize.
• Find additional items for the chance to win additional prizes (there is no requirement to fill in additional entry forms).There are three prizes available, which can be won as set out below:

  About Entries
• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to accept an entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may at its absolute discretion disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or operation or to be acting in any manner disruptive to the promotion.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries which are invalid, incomplete, illegible, lost or delayed in transit, or which fail to be properly submitted. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
• Entrants are solely responsible for the information they provide and views they express on Facebook and Twitter. The Promoter is not responsible for the user-generated content provided and does not endorse any user-generated views expressed on the web site.
• Entries must not contain anything which is calculated to bring the Promoter or its associated companies into disrepute or that in any way violates applicable laws and regulations or network standards.
• The Promoter is entitled to remove any user-generated content from the Promoter's Facebook account immediately and without notice if a user is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, are instructed to do so by any third party or if the Promoter, in its sole and absolute discretion, is concerned by any content provided. The Promoter reserves the right to alert Facebook to any such behaviour and you may have your account frozen pending investigation.
• Incomprehensible and incomplete entries (as determined by the Promoter) will be deemed invalid. Obscene, provocative or otherwise questionable content will be disregarded and deleted without notice. The Promoter retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any difficulty Entrants may experience in navigating the Promoter's Facebook page, Promotion Website or any other channels.About the Flights Prize (Prize 3)
  Prize 3 will consist of two return standard seat flight tickets on Monarch's scheduled network to Geneva.
• Winners are bound by Monarch's Flight Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage which can be found at http://www.monarch.co.uk/terms/flights/post-28-october-2014 and http://www.monarch.co.uk/terms/flights/post-28-october-2014-conditions-of-carriage.
• The prize is inclusive of airport taxes and one piece of hold baggage up to 20kgs per person. Up to 10kg of hand baggage may be taken free of charge no bigger than 56 x 40 x 25cm. For further information please refer to the FAQ's on our website.
• The prize does not include airport transfers.
• Booking is required and is the responsibility of the winner of this prize. Travel must be undertaken by the winner and their guest by 31 January 2017.
• The prize is subject to availability, is not available during Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, school and bank holidays.
• The Promoter is not responsible if the prize winner is unable to take the prize and no alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable and the winner must travel. Once booking confirmations are issued no date changes are permitted. Any portion of the prize not used by the prize winner is forfeited. No cash or other substitute will be offered or permitted.
• The winner of the flight prize is responsible for any and all expenses and arrangements (such as but not limited to flight extras, in-flight meals, pre-allocated seats, accommodation, spending money, drinks, meals, gratuities and transportation to and from the departing and destination airport) and any incidental expenses incurred while on holiday not specifically included in the prize.
• Travel insurance for the travelling party is strongly recommended. Please visit www.monarch.co.uk for details about our premiums and policies available.
• The flight prize winner must ensure that they have the correct travel documentation and obtain the relevant Visas. Such travel documentation is at the sole expense of the winner. Failure to be granted a Visa and/or have the necessary travel documentation will result in the prize winner forfeiting their prize.
• Compensation under Regulation 261/2004, Montreal Convention and any other applicable law is strictly excluded irrespective of the cause.Winner Notification
• The winner will be notified via email within 14 days of the closing date. The winner must contact the Promoter to claim their prize within 28 days of the date of the email notifying them that they have won. If the winner does not claim their prize within this timescale, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the original winner and the prize will be forfeited and to offer the prize to the next valid entry after the "original winner" at the Promoter's sole discretion. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements or these terms and conditions may result in forfeit of the prize.
• The prizes will be sent by email or Royal Mail or by courier as appropriate. The prizes are non-transferable and are to be supplied to the notified prize winners only. No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The Promoter reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of eligibility, proof of email address or proof of entry validity in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification, email and entry considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
• In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the Facebook account from which the entry is made will be deemed to be the entrant and he/she must comply with these Terms & Conditions. "Authorised account holder" is the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organisation (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the email address for the domain associated with the e-mail address. A potential prize winner may be asked to provide Promoter with proof that the selected winner is the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the Facebook account. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the entry will be deemed ineligible.Additional terms

• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph and home county to be published on the Monarch blog, on the Monarch website and on the Monarch Facebook, Twitter and other social accounts, and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by the Promoter relating to any publicity. A member of the Promoter's team may be in touch after the winner takes their holiday with the opportunity for the winner to write a voluntary blog post giving a review of their competition prize win.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Facebook shall not be liable in any way whatsoever to the participants. Furthermore, any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to the Promoter, not Facebook. Your details will be used for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and the delivery of the prize(s) only. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issue.
