If I were the employer and someone did a try before you buyed ona nother job and decided mine was better I would be far from accomidating to said person for the future.Don't trust a forum for advice. Get proper paid advice. Any advice given should always be checked0 -
I haven't a clue on the legal position, but just wanted to mention you may also need to consider things like pension, tax, NI, leave accrual, notice period.0
