Not much room for manoeuvre there. The mobile is £30 more than it should be - change the contract for this.

In a normal month (when you are not catching up on stupid Christmas spending) you should have about £100 spare to put towards paying off the credit cards - if you want to pay these off sooner than 30 years you need to find ways of earning more money.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.

Are you really spending only £60 a month on food for two people?
  • mobile and gas/electric is high as someone else said. Can you move those credit cards on to 0% deals as the interest rates are dreadful or are you not able to get any more credit?

It might be beneficial to get OH on board and repeat the exercise with their numbers too. That may give you more options. I never understood this idea of people sharing lives but not money...

Electricity............................. 60 High for 2 people with no-one at home during the day
Gas..................................... 60 Ditto - are you leaving your heating/HW running all day? You spend more on energy than we did even when I was working from home with the heat on full and loads of computers running.
Mobile phone............................ 47 High again. If your tariff's more than 3 months old, see if you can switch to a cheaper one within contract.
Satellite/Cable TV...................... 23 Kill it! Kill it with fire!
Groceries etc. ......................... 60 Seems low to me
Petrol/diesel........................... 10 Seems very low - if you're using so little petrol, do you even need a car?
    Road tax................................ 0
Really? Not preparing for next year?
    Car Insurance........................... 0 Really?
    Car maintenance (including MOT)......... 0

It would be much easier to do an SOA including both your OH and your income and spending, even if you do your financial separately. Surely the mobile phone is for you both? Even then, it is disproportionate to your income and debts. Can you reduce this?

Or you could pay your ccj as a priority debt

YOu need to look at this jointly to see where there is room to manouver.

Are you sharing the shared expences sensibly, on house costs you arein for over £650pm thats over 50% of your income.

the cars council tax and other stuff does it come to anywhere near £650pm if it does that must be mostly car(but maybe not).

Difficult for anyone to tell where things could change without the bigger picture.

if the car lease is up for review in 3 months that an opportunity to review cost/need for a car.

if you can't include the full SOA of the OH at least add in the house/shared stuff and the contribution for those as things like food are ok for one but low for two, if they are throwing in £60 as well it makes more sense.
