These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. The Promoter: This promotion is a prize draw operated by INTERTISSUE LIMITED.
Eligibility: Entry is open to all named direct recipients of the Thirst Pockets January Newsletter aged 18 or over (‘the participant’).
Open to residents in the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). The promotion excludes INTERTISSUE LIMITED employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, suppliers or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
Entry Instructions: Entrants must click the link on the newsletter to be directed to the entry form. To complete their entry, entrants will be required to submit their name and contact details.
No purchase necessary. One entry per person.
Winner Selection: Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by an automated process after the close of the prize draw.
Winner will be notified by email within 2 working days of the draw and will have 28 working days to accept their prize otherwise the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a reserve.
