Mortgage application, our error?

I am in need of advice.

We got accepted for our MIP and moved forwards from there to sending in payslips and bank statements.

Theres 2 things we found, 1) i have a 0% finance on an item i bought and forgot about, as my mum pays this for me PCM. and 2) my partner had a small loan out a qualification. We found theses last week.

No we are worried that out mortgage will get turned down once we ring and tell them before sending payslips in. We haven't got a large mortgage out, and putting down a large deposit. And the payments are low and well within our means.

Any advice?

If the payments are within you means by the lenders calculations then you have nothing to worry about, just tell them now and say why it was missed out first time round

We don't have anything to hide, this is are first time doing all this and a lot to get our heads around.

Maybe we should of looked indepth first.

Its just that we have seen this on our bank statements. And they will ask what the payments are, small amounts of £30 (this gets paided back in each month) and £50 that we didn't tell them about.

Now we can't do anything till Monday and are worried we messed things up

    Thank you
