The prize draw is open to all UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Tesco, Honda and Forward, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the planning or administration of the prize draw.
The closing date for the receipt of all entries is 11.59pm on 2 February 2016.
There is one prize of a five-door Honda HR-V 5-speed manual SE Navi 1.6 i-DTEC in White Orchid Pearl. Prize includes first registration, 12 months’ road tax, 3 years’ Honda Breakdown Assistance and delivery to the winner’s nearest Honda dealership. Standard features included: idle stop, dusk sensing auto lights, magic seats, bluetooth hands-free telephone system, city brake active system, 17″ alloy wheels, front and rear parking sensors, driver assist safety pack, Honda CONNECT with Garmin Navigation 7″ touchscreen, AM/FM/DAB, internet radio, Aha TM app integration, internet browsing (internet/app integration will work only when the vehicle is stationary and connected to Wi-Fi), cruise control with speed limiter, rain-sensing auto wipers, hill-start assist, forward collision warning, intelligent speed limiter, lane departure warning and traffic-sign recognition system. No optional extras are included in the prize.
Prize does not include any insurance, servicing or maintenance costs or arrangements not expressly set out in the terms. The winner is solely responsible for obtaining (prior to collection of the prize) and maintaining for the period of ownership of the prize, all relevant licences, permissions and insurances necessary for the ownership and/or usage of the prize including without limitation comprehensive car insurance. Personal expenses, such as travel to the Honda dealership, are not included.
The winner may be required to provide their (i) passport or birth certificate (ii) certificate of comprehensive car insurance cover, and (iii) driving licence to the promoter and/or to Honda prior to or at the time of collecting the prize. The winner must comply with all instructions and necessary requirements as may be specified to receive the prize and to transfer ownership of the prize to the winner, including but not limited to, completing any required forms and paperwork.
The winner will be drawn at random and notified by phone, post or email within 28 days. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of being contacted, a new winner will be selected from the reserve list.
All reasonable endeavours will be made to ensure the winner will receive their prize no later than 90 days after the entry has been drawn, by arrangement with the promoter.
There are no cash alternatives or cash substitutes for the prize. The prize is non-transferable and must be taken by the named winner.
Online entry only; internet access required. No third party or bulk entries. Only one entry will be accepted. If a participant enters more than once, only the first entry will be accepted and all their other entries will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple entries, multiple reproduced or computer generated entries, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entries will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void.
Proof of transmission is not proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, delayed, corrupted or not received for whatever reason.

The name and county of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to Honda Prize Draw, Tesco Baby Club, Forward Worldwide, The Griffin Building, 83 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1R 5AR after 19 February 2016.
The winner’s details will be passed onto a third party for purposes relating to the administration of the prize draw and delivery of the prizes.
The prize is subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
On entry, the winner agrees for their name and county of residence to be shared with anyone who requests the winner’s details.
The winner agrees to their name and photograph being used for promotional purposes by Tesco and by Honda and consents to making themselves available for promotional activity as reasonably requested by Tesco or Honda.
This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law.
