Shared Ownership Mortgages-which lenders

Hi,
Can anyone advise as to how the mortgages for shared ownership are worked out? Do they taken into account credit history? We have just been offered a property and been called into to sort paperwork for mortgage with the estate agent and don't have the best credit history (no CCJs) - which we have been open with. Which companies are currently offering/accepting these mortgages? We have been waiting years for this opportunity but don't want to get our hopes up. Thanks for any advice.
